Lundberg Memorial Hospital has a 30-bed capacity and is located two miles south and 19 miles west on Highway 59 in Creighton. Wausa Golden Living Center, affiliated with Beverly Health and Rehab Services, is a 46-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with six beds licensed for Medicare Part A skilled coverage. Services offered by the Center are short-term rehabilitation, respite care, hospice care, IV therapy, wound therapy and tube feeding. Wausa Golden Living Center will also work with challenging behaviors such as Alzheimer's. The Center is committed to meeting the community needs and offers outpatient services including rehabilitation, whirlpool, B/P monitoring and foot care.
Licensed occupational therapists, a physical therapist and a speech therapist
are on staff. Rehabilitation department specialties are hip fractures, strokes
and strength training. A professional team of approximately 55 includes
alternating RN or LPN coverage
The Countryside Villa is a locally owned assisted living apartment complex
surrounded by trees, flowers, and the beautiful simplicity of the Nebraska
rolling hills. There are twenty-six units decorated in a country motif.
